The oatmeal that I
use is the unprocessed oatmeal that takes about 10 minutes to cook.
Recipe: this will feed about 3 people
1 cup of Irish oatmeal
filtered Water
one organic apple
one banana
Organic unprocessed pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 cup of almond Milk (unsweetened)
